The challenge isn’t small! Leroy Merlin, with over 45 stores across Brazil plus its e-commerce platform, is a national leader in construction materials, finishes, decor, and more. Our work with Leroy Merlin began in 2019 with the mission to engage customers and potential customers through all the brand’s online channels and monitor its social media presence.

Along the way came the pandemic, and since then, many people have become more concerned about and invested in their homes. With houses full, Leroy Merlin’s audience grew – and so did our mission to engage with many, many more people. We needed to respond as quickly as possible on the brand’s social media, e-commerce platform, third-party blogs, and mentions on other sites, among other channels.
